Step 1: |
Phone us on 01981 241 399 and have a chat - we can talk through your ideas and generally
get a feeling for how feasible they may are. |
Step 2: |
We'll send you some literature on our products. |
Step 3: |
We'll also send you a self-survey form (can also be downloaded from the
web site). |
Step 4: |
You fill out the self-survey form and return it to us - we just need some
basic information about size of property, orientation of roof, etc. and some
pictures or sketches of the property. The more information you can provide the better. |
Step 5: |
Assuming your property is suitable we will come and do a full survey for
you. |
Step 6: |
At this point you can talk through any issues or concerns that you have
and ask about anything you are still unclear about. |
Step 7: |
Based on the survey, we will send you a quote for the system you would
like to install. |
Step 8: |
If you are happy with the price (and most people are!), we will start the
grant application process. |
Step 9: |
The grant application is quite straightforward. We fill in all the
technical detail and you generally have to provide a few simple details
about yourself and your property . |
Step 10: |
If the application is made online you should receive a grant offer letter within a day, otherwise it takes up to 4 weeks. |
Step 11: |
You place an order and we arrange a date for installation. |
Step 12: |
You send a deposit cheque to confirm your installation date . |
Step 13: |
On the day we will arrive at 9 a.m. sharp. |
Step 14: |
We install your system with minimal disturbance to your home (usually 2, sometimes 3 days for a typical system) . |
Step 15: |
You start producing your own hot water or electricity. |
Step 16: |
For the PV systems we handle all the correspondence with the Network Organiser, but the customer will need to arrange the sale of their electricity with a supplier such as Good Energy.
 |
Step 17: |
We invoice you, you pay us, we confirm you have paid us in order for you to claim your grant. |
