Evance Iskra R9000 5kW Wind Turbine
The Evance has been developed over more than a decade and is one of the most reliable and efficient small wind turbines on the market today. Its direct drive system (no gearbox) and its advanced blade design means that noise levels are kept to a minimum. The blade pitch is automatically varied to maximise the turbine’s output.
The blade diameter is 5.4 metres and the turbine can be mounted on either 9, 12 or 15 metre self supporting towers (no guy wires). It comes with a 5 year warranty and expected life of at least 20 years.
