Step 1: Phone us on 01981 241 399 and have a chat. We can talk through your ideas and generally get a feeling for how feasible they are.
Step 2: We'll send you some literature on our products (or download here)
Step 3: We'll also send you a self-survey form (or download here).
Step 4: You fill out the self-survey form and return it to us - we just need some basic information about size of property, orientation of roof, etc. and some pictures or sketches of the property. The more information you can provide the better.
Step 5: Assuming your property is suitable we will come and do a full survey for you, for free.
Step 6:At this point you can talk through any issues or concerns that you have and ask about anything you are still unclear about.
Step 7: Based on the survey, we will send you a quote for the system you would like to install.
Step 8: You place an order by sending us a deposit cheque for 25% of the installation cost and we arrange a date for installation.
Step 9: On the day we usually arrive at about 9am. We install your system with minimal disturbance to your home. It usually takes 2 days.
Step 10: You start generating your own electricity from the sun.
Step 11: We provide all the operating manuals and building regulation documentation.
Step 12: We invoice you for the final 75% of the project cost.
